Problem Accessing the Eskie Board

Over and over again in the morning (about 8:00 or 8:30 A.M.) I am unable to access the Eskie Board.  My computer offers to investigate why this is so, and after allowing them to "investigate" it was reported "Website (forum.eskie.net) is online but isn't responding to connection attempt."

Can anything be done about this?  Early in the morning is the time I want to read the Eskie Board, but too frequently I can't.

I've also been noticing down time off and on, typically in the mornings. It never lasts all that long though for me.
