Kooza's 2nd puppy class went really well today.
Beside not wanting to go on the stairs (which he finally did with lots of coaxing) and still struggling with the plank (altough he does great here) the rest was just perfect. He did some slalom, tunnel, he is less shy with other puppies, goes to everyone but still prefers to remain close to "mommy". He also did good in the 1-hr car ride (back and forth) with the help of Cerenia. Trainers when they saw the speed and no fear of tunnel said he will be a great agility dog. He is always willing to please and learn. He has excellent eye contact (that I knew), does his sit pretty good too. I will be missing next week's class as our motorhome is being delivered that morning. But I will start practicing some of things I can (seeing teacher anyway tomorrow at the halloween photoshoot and will ask her for more info on missed class). I know they will be working on sitting on your left, which he does and the "come" command, which is not bad so far. But working in class is different so it will be a challenge for him. But not worried as he has excellent focus on me.
So here is a little clip of his class today. I love my little furball. It is so much fun to work with this dude.

After he had completed his side of the room (group was splitted in 2), he decided he wanted to go backward and try the ramp again. hihi

Coming out of the tunnel. He did this 4x and loved it. No fear at all. Really have to get my own tunnel out.

After class on our way out of the driveway of class. A happy eskie smile.
Me tired? Nahhhh! Those classes are way too easy for me. hihi

And now, to end a perfect day, it is snowing over Montreal. So of course, Kooza met his first snow flakes. He lovvvves it so much that he asked to be let go outside 3x tonight. Now he's sleeping but I'm getting dressed warmly to go play with Nuuk and him (Tako is gone with daddy to watch baseball at Grand'pa).

This puppy never really has a dull moment here! So let's wake up and go outside play in the dark in the snow. Viva snow and Montreal. I swear I was born to live in Alaska. hihi
