Are Cheerios a good treat to use for training and general use?  I try Cheerios instead on Milkbone.  Snowball likes vegetables too, is that common?  Just about anything he sees me eat he thinks is good for him.

yep, plain old cherios are great - veggies are liked by our dogs too, some like tomatos and bananas as well.

Mandy uses Cheerios all the time.  They are small and low calorie.

and they don't leave grease marks behind.  And if you leave them hanging around in little bowls throughout the house, they are good for feeding visiting fathers who like to nibble. Wink

I had to stop using Cheerios. My boys would swallow them whole and then start gagging on them. Half of the time they were throwing them up.  Back to Itty Bitty Peanut Butter cookies and Salmon MiniZukes after that...

I started using cheerios as our housetraining treat for Kodi because they are low in calories and have fiber (for his other problem) and he loves them! Kia gets them and loves them too, even though she doesn't 'need' them, lol.
