snowball has taken to making a morning patrol part of her routine.
she wakes up about a half hour before the alarm, leaps from her spot which is either between us, or between grants knees, and heads downstairs to roam the house. she comes back a few minutes later, gets a drink, and comes back to bed, settling between my knees, patiently (or not so) waiting for the alarm so she can lick our faces Smile.

the other night neighbors on both sides of us had their cars ransacked and ipods, and gps's were stolen. all of us have dogs, and none made a peep. a nightly patrol with noise would have been helpful then, not at 6 am, but...oh well Wink

At least she comes back and waits for the alarm.  Be thankful for small favors!   Big Grin  Big Grin  Big Grin

haha, that's cute. Isis has a patrol too, every time someone rings the door bell, she barks like crazy. she's so into it that she even barks when that doorbell sounds on tv. . . .

So she waits to pounce...so smart they are.  Mine do as well.  Once the alarm goes off there is no turning back.  Winston starts to Howl and lays  the front half of his body across me., Taffee starts to bounce around and cicles in place, while she barks  and Tasha is like a bungee cord anchored to my head and attached  to her tongue.

If that don't /can't get me up, call 911,

Snowball is such a good girl to make sure all is well before you wake up and then to wait patiently for the right time to smooch attack.

Tammy your 3 sound exactly like my three...Emily is doing the jumping and spinning.  Tanzy is doing the tongue bungee and Tsu is laying across me. (3 is the max bed limit here...I gotta have SOME space ya' know). Mine do not always wait for the alarm though and I have had the routine start at 3 am...GRRRR!  They do have a "go back to sleep" command which is VERY handy!!

Good job, Snoopy girl! My 2 would not have been so considerate of the alarm clock Smile
