When Tahoe was on FortiFlora every day, I ordered the 3-packs from Amazon. It was much more cost effective that way. Since Tahoe has been on Natural Balance LID, he has not needed the FortiFlora Smile

Just spoke with my vet again, he said the color of her stools might indicate a pancreatic deficiency.  We are going to start the food, do the forti flora and some powder for pancreatic deficiency.  I'm going to head over and pick the stuff up in about an hour.  I sure hope this helps her, I appreciate everyone's support on this.

Just got back from picking everything up, a 6lb bag of food and the Pancrezyme powder for two weeks was $125...yikes, the forti flora $30.  With that powder i have to somehow give her food 3 times per day, that will be a challenge.  I hope this all works for her.

An interesting side note - our Fromms dog food has Enterococcus faecium as an ingredient... it may not be at a high enough dosage to terminate a bout of diarrhea though, probably just for long term management.

LOVE Fromm's...  I've been feeding the Chicken ala Veg to my dogs for about a year.  I'm lucky enough to have a local distributer I can buy it from for a lot less then the stores.  They have 3 pro-biotics in this formula.

Gurgling usually indicates gas and/or the runs. Please make sure she does not dehydrate.

Dogs sometimes need a little time to get adjusted to a new food. Changing out her food types too often might be part of the issue.

Did your Vet do blood tests to eliminate kidney and other issues?

Hope she feels better soon!!
