unless you're planning on doing some conformation showing and then breeding get them spayed/neutered whether it helps or not.  It wont hurt to get her spayed and it might help - no guarantees but more often than not it does seem to help.  Nip it in the bud quick - get heavily into NILIF and stick with it.

I agree with Steve--nip it in the bud quick.  I have had good results with a Gentle Leader harness and squeeze lemon/lime.  The harness won't keep them from biting--it's not a muzzle, but it gives you control and can be worn all day.  I have seen the harness take a dog's attitude down many notches.  Some come with a training DVD.

I noticed that Kiska got really snarky with Yukon right before she went into season. Not sure that this is why she's being mean to your guys, but if she is spayed she won't have cycles anymore.  It's a really good idea anyway if you're not planning to show/breed -- better for her health, and for your peace of mind in avoiding "oops".  If it were me, I'd bring her to the vet right away and see if you can get it done before her next cycle.
