It doesn't look like anyone is going to figure this one out. How long are we kept in suspense before the host reveals his/her identity?

I'd be inclined to agree but Elise says milk isn't that expensive even in California. Although I suppose there might be some "boutique" supermarkets that price-gouge to that extent. One could guess Alaska if it weren't for those damned palm trees! According to the map NalanQuinnsmom and Blucomet are both apparently in Arizona (home of both palm trees and the Fiesta Bowl). Oh well, after I last posted, I read Tammy's post that she'll let us know the answer when she gets back from Tennessee. Hurry home, Tammy!!! Inquiring minds want to know....

Based on the price of milk I'm pretty sure its a California person. That's about what we pay per gallon at the local organic market.

Hm. The milk I buy isn't that expensive. I just looked at the Safeway web site for our store. It's $2.99 for a gallon of lowfat 1% or 2% milk. However, I see for organic 2%, it's $5.99.
Yeah, if it's a dairy city, organic could be $4.99 then.
But I still don't know who it is. I looked at the map, but it just doesn't seem it's like any of the people in CA. Whom am I missing?

I'm gonna guess the milk carton could be a Ralph's brand. http://www.joelabs.com/copydata/20080611/RalphMilk_NotCheapEveryday.jpgIf you enlarge Wendell's photo with the milk, just possibly the Ralph's logo is in the top upper left corner. This might be the list of cities where Ralph's stores are in CA?? Not sure if this is comprehensive. I entered in my zip code but all these cities are in S. CA.

Oh Elise! Bless you for using the word "whom!" There are still a few of us diehards out there who still appreciate a good "whom."

SCSBOA http://www.scsboa.org/mb/mbnew.htmI've looked up SCSBOA Grand Masters Champions but can't really pin point anything. Earlier, Marilyn, I think you were looking up football... but I think it has to do with Marching Bands? Not sure what the data on the chart means, but it says "Chino" for 2005-2009. (Tammy said the host family won the title in there class the last 5 years in a row) Chino's colors are royal blue and white though, not including orange which is pictured in the trophy room. The host referred to brothers, plural. There isn't a photo of Wendell with another eskie. Hm.

Hm... looking at that band/trophy room again. The doors (?) are blue. Possibly a Chino color? Maybe the orange means nothing.

I got the city! Who lives in Chino? Dale's in Covina which is close by, but that's not Chino. http://www.chino77thcavalry.com/"The Chino High School Music Department is made up of many groups including the 77TH Cavalry Marching Units, who were the 2005, 2006, 2007 and 2008 SCSBOA 6A Field Competition Champions as well as the 2003 and 2007 Fiesta Bowl Grand Master National Band Champions. I thought I saw bluegrass on the trophy, not marching band.... I'll have to look at that again.
