As the question came up regularly, I thought it woud be good to keep them together in one thread.

Please post here the servers you found and that we can post our pics on to link on discussion boards.

Sorry Folks... I've tried for about a hour and Photobucket is acting crazy again.  If I have time later I'll try again.  You may get two days in one again though, as I'm majorly frustrated with PhotoBucket right now.

What is it with Photobucket???  It seems like there's a problem every time I try to use them.  Is there another service (free) we can try?

I know of:

Photobucket (which works 99% perfectly for me)
Webshots (never used it for posting pics)
Putfile that is now ebaumsworld
MediaFire

Walagata is $10 per year

Neptune(Mediashare Neptune) free for 7 days but then there is an annual fee. But every picture/video is as crisp as possible since not modified during the process.

Even if you are on the right track, you'll get run over if you just sit there!

I've had really good luck with Shutterfly. (Shutterfly is also free.)

I went Photobucket Pro about a month ago.  I can post some monster excellent pics on some boards and forums I frequent now.  They allow pics as large as 2 megabyte but think I have the default set at 1600 pixels in width.

If you click on the thumbnail 2 times you will get the full sized pic.

i use snapfish, too.
lately most of my pics go on facebook, but i use phoptobucket to post them here, and i use snapfish to send to fam/friends/ppl not on fb or not on my fb. also i like snapfish's printing at walgreens, the pics always come out  pretty good. i have had a few photo books and such printed as well and i was happy.
i do find snapfish spotty and slow sometimes, but i deal with it because i usually load them and am done. i dont really have a problem with photobucket- rarely if ever.
kodak gallery is also free. i like photobucket b/c it has the link to copy for an image listed, therefore (for me) it's idiot proof. i dont know about any of the other sites.

LOL.  When I double clicked on the picture at work, it blew up so large the honey bee wasn't on my screen.  Yes, a way cool picture of the bee Tongue
