Not sure either, but maybe try another browser or computer if you're having problems. If you still can't get it to stick, send me a note describing what you're doing and what it's not doing and I'll see what I can figure out.

Ok, cool...glad you got it to work. I'm not a Mac fan, but I won't go so far as to call them stupid...I know many people that love their Macs...they're just different, that's all.

As for the pin being a bit high...you should be able to *remove* the pin and then re-place it where you'd like. But your call on whether that's necessary in your case. Thanks for the update.

Oh, I *love* my Mac (it's the only thing standing between me and *total* idiot). It's getting old (in puter years) & temperamental.

It looks like the pin is really about Austin. Sometimes, it's better not to be too picky. I may let sleeping dogs lie.

I hope I remember this correctly.  Go to Map.  Then click on "View" and you get a blank US map, and two choices:  "Place My Pin" and "Remove My Pin".  Then after you place your pin, you need to click on "Save My Pin".

I think that's how it is done.  I removed mine from Tennessee and put it in Georgia.  Hope it's still there.  Try that.
