Lost of e-mails have hit my box. If you have not gotten a individual reply from me, please be assured that I have gotten your e-mail and it's safely filed in my WENDELL Box.
What I have decided to do, to make it fair is to do the ol' drawing of names method from the shoe box or basket. I will put all the names in a shoe box or basket and then "Sir Winston" will draw the place where Wendell should wander next, with the exception of Major Eskie Events, as I'll have to make sure he winds up at those places with someone who will be going.
Sound Fair? Everyone trust Sir WInston?

Ok... gotta go out this weekend and purchase Wendell. I'm so excited! Have a couple ideas, but as soon as he's purchased and ready I'll send folks pics. In the meantime I got a basket, filled it with all the names who wanted to play the Wendell game and had Winston pic the first name. I then sorta had a jealousy war start in the house. Both Tasha and Taffee wanted in on the game and wanted to show mom they could pull names out of the basket and hand to me, as well. Tasha got a little over greedy and pulled two, so had to put one back (I did not look), but Taffee pulled one. So... we got the first three names in play, thanks to Winston, Tasha and Taff Taff. I have notified all three people (they don't know who each other are), so they can begin their individual field trip plans with Wendell. I thought the more notice the better and would keep the game rolling... so once Wendell heads to the 3rd leg of his trip (Estimate around the 1st/2nd week of February), I'll have the Powers Clan pull another 3 names from the basket.  |

Don't tell folks you did not get an e-mail, then they'll narrow their choices/options, as they know for sure it was not you. Lol! It's my hopes that folks will keep the game moving and not keep Wendell to long, but it will be awhile at each place and you gotta add the days for mailing/shipping him, as well. I expect to have him wander 2 x a month. |

Since just about everyone and their dog was taking part, I might have just opened a thread for everyone to post addresses to. It could have disappeared later if you felt some would use it to cheap by. That way all knew they were worthy and listed.
We decided to send them all to one person, as we thought some folks might not be comfortable putting their name/address on a public forum. Not that any of us would start sending anyone junk mail or whatever, but you never know who's Lurking. |
